The Astronomer's Cabin

This is mainly what I have been working on since I got home, as I have not had much time for personal projects with the recent MFF stuff. It's another one of those ideas I couldn't get out of my head: also it reminds me significantly of my story Ten Thousand Miles Up which I may repost sometime.
