i can't even do pilates let alone yoga. i'm not flexible enough and i have a bad back. i know it would be good for my back but i don't think i could do many poses. it also doesn't help that i don't have full rotation of my right ankle due to a childhood injury. i twisted it sliding down my grandmother's stairs even though she warned me and my cousin about doing that. i wish i listened but i was having fun. i walk with a limp now.
